Brittany Miller, LSW, is a social worker, advocate, mother, and the founder of Back 2 Business. Her work has placed her alongside children, adults, and families navigating behavioral-health challenges, juvenile court, child welfare, schools, developmental-disability systems, and other complex community services. Through those experiences, Brittany saw how often people were treated like cases instead of whole individuals and how many families were expected to navigate difficult systems without truly feeling seen or heard.

That realization inspired her to create Back 2 Business Behavioral Health Services. Brittany believes meaningful change begins when people feel seen, heard, respected, and supported, but lasting progress also requires practical tools, accountability, and an opportunity to recognize one’s own strengths. Her approach is compassionate, intentional, empowering, and grounded in meeting people where they are while helping them move forward.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Cleveland State University and is pursuing her Master of Social Work at Case Western Reserve University. She continues to expand her expertise in trauma-informed care, EMDR, forensic social work, advocacy, and behavioral-health service delivery. Through Back 2 Business Behavioral Health Services, she is building the kind of environment she believes every person deserves: one where their voice matters, their experiences are respected, and their ability to grow is never overlooked.
