Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Provides individual, couples, family, or group therapy to adolescents and adults. Responsibilities may include completing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with families and other professionals. Applicants must hold an appropriate, active Ohio behavioral-health license and work within their professional scope and supervision requirements.

CPST Specialist/Qualified Mental Health Specialist

Provides Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment to adolescents and adults in the office, community, or through telehealth when appropriate. Responsibilities include helping clients manage behavioral-health symptoms, develop coping and daily-living skills, improve functioning, access resources, and make progress toward treatment goals. Applicants must meet applicable Ohio, agency, and payer qualification requirements.

Behavioral Health Case Manager

Assists clients with identifying needs, accessing services, and navigating community systems. Responsibilities include referrals, service coordination, monitoring and follow-up, advocacy, and connecting clients with housing, education, employment, healthcare, and other community resources.

Youth Mentor and Independent Living Skills Specialist

Provides structured mentoring and practical skill-building to children and adolescents. Responsibilities may include goal setting, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, financial literacy, and preparation for greater independence. Services may be provided in office, school, home, or community settings.

Group Program Facilitator

Facilitates structured groups for children, adolescents, and families, including youth-development, emotional-wellness, independent-living, and financial-literacy programs. Responsibilities include preparing group activities, delivering approved curricula, encouraging participation, maintaining attendance and program documentation, and creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Facilitators providing clinical group therapy must hold an appropriate Ohio behavioral-health license and work within their professional scope of practice.

Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Provides outpatient substance-use support based on each client’s assessed needs and recovery goals. Responsibilities may include assessments, individual or group counseling, treatment planning, relapse-prevention support, case coordination, and clinical documentation. Applicants must hold an appropriate Ohio credential and provide services within their authorized scope of practice.

Intake and Administrative Coordinator

Supports daily agency operations by responding to inquiries, processing referrals, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized records, assisting with insurance verification, and connecting individuals with the appropriate staff member. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
