Program Participant Grievance Policy Rights & Responsibilities Policy and Procedures

Back 2 Business Behavioral Health Services provides access to a Client Advocate to assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their rights and the grievance process. The Client Advocate may be available onsite or virtually during designated hours. Clients may also speak with trained onsite staff to submit a grievance for forwarding to the Client Advocate.
